SERVICES & programs
“Urban Life Coaching System” (ULCS) is designed to achieve improved health, stress management, weight control, spiritual empowerment, as well as supportive activities for individuals with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
ULCS teaches individuals how to manage stress and negative behavior in a practical manner by using a proven self-control methodology in a 5-point wrap around total wellness system: fitness, nutrition, societal, mental health, and spirituality.
Each individual will be assigned a case manager and/or mentor to develop a ULCS personalized plan that includes:
Physical and mental assessments
Emotional management plan
The program is 2 hours long with interrelated sessions - 1 hour of education and 1 hour of fitness.

Strive 4 Program serves and develops both children and adults with special needs who require a tailored approach to help them learn and experience life. Our goal for those enrolled is to help individuals gain and improve their social and behavioral skills while learning the importance of maintaining exercise and nutrition. Increasing these skills allow individuals to recognize a sense of accomplishment, which will directly have a positive effect on their self-esteem and functional abilities. Learn more here.
Currently we are also working on a new program called U-Visa. U-Visa is a United States nonimmigrant visa which is set aside for victims of crimes and their immediate family members who have suffered substantial mental or physical abuse and are willing to assist law enforcement and government officials in the investigation or prosecution of the criminal activity. Through this program we can treat individuals for traumas and assist them in the process of becoming a US Citizen.
